Services
Wee Beasties offers training (used for new behaviors) and behavior modification (used to improve unwanted behaviors).
I teach you simple, humane methods to get the behaviors you need and want from your pets. Both these services are designed to help you and your pet live your best lives together.
If you’re unsure of what you need, please contact me for assistance.
Training
Teach your pet basic manners, learn fun tricks, and more with a variety of training options!
Training is for every day things like manners/obedience, and more fun things like tricks and sports foundations.
In a typical session, you are as much a student as your pet is—My goal for you is to leave you with the skills you need to train your dog new behaviors on your own, long after class has ended.
Training Program Features
All training programs include the following:
- A clicker & treat pouch
- Graduation certificate
- One year of phone and email support
- One year of monthly brush-up group sessions
- A private Facebook group where you can ask questions between sessions
Behavior Consulting
Behavior consulting uses special training techniques to help reduce troubling or worrisome behaviors in pets. I work with most behavior issues including reactivity/barking/lunging, separation anxiety, digging, housesoiling, etc.
Behavior modification sessions are a special form of private sessions. We will meet for a consultation where we discuss the problem behavior, and then I will develop a package based on your needs.
Please contact me regardless of whether you think I will take your case, as I am happy to refer you (at no charge) to other professionals who might be able to help if I can’t.
Welcome Home Package
The Welcome Home package is a special 1.5 hour private session that sets you up with the tools you need to bring your new pet home. It consists of a one hour walk-through to prepare your home for the pet, a Q&A session, a small collection of enrichment toys, and a collection of basic tip booklets/hand outs to get you started on the right foot.
The remaining half hour is a check-in phone call to answer any questions that may have come up since bringing the pet home.
